It's a very beautiful poem and it makes me get home sick. I remember listening to the story "Phkar Sropon" played by the artists from Fine Art... And then the study of the Khmer literature at HS. I miss this beautiful piece of writing by the very best writer Mr Nou Hach. Yes one day, and this will not be far away that I will visit this vast beautiful plain for sure.

ReplyDeleteដោយដើរវាងតាមព្រៃរនាម ហើយក៏បានដើរឆ្លងកាត់ វាលស្រីស្រណោះនេះតែម្តង។ វាលនេះមានទំហំ ប្រហែលជាបីទៅបួនគីឡូមែត្រការ៉េ គឺជាវាលស្មៅខៀវខ្ជី ។នៅម្ដុំនោះ គឺមានសត្វស្វា ច្រើនណាស់ ។ ដើរអស់រយះពីរថ្ងៃបីយប់ ទើបពួកខ្ញុំ ឡើងមកដល់ ភូមិខ្សោយ ហើយក៏ចូលមកដល់ទីក្រុងបាត់ដំបង ។ តែគួរអោយស្ដាយ ម្នាក់ៗ ខំរត់ចេញពីខ្មែរក្រហម ដោយនឹកសង្ឃឹមថា នឹងបានសន្តិភាព តែបែរជាមកជួបនិងកងទ័ពយួនវិញម្ដង ។
Everyone, please, don't mention or say just Yuon.

I have many American friends and friend around the worlds did not know what Yuon is.
You can mention both Yuon/Vietnamese or Yuon/Vietnamese/Vietcong so that the people around the world will understand.
