Ho Chi Minh leadership or Vietnam govt has lead this principles through Indochina(Lao,Cambodia,and Vietnam). Vietnam govt.has set her goal,made her plans,has set her schedules, what to do,how to do it. She has changed ideas has moved around to get things done. All news in this video are true. Vietnam has divided Khmer to conquer. Khmer leaders have known what happened,but they neglected and ignored what they were/are doing. They never learned from the past in peace or in war. They never have paid attention at all times.They have forgotten all things in the past good or bad. From now on,Khmer should open their eyes widely and so their hearts or their heads.
