I advice that we must change law / constitution to punish all these traitors to death penalty. They must be collected to receive death penalty for all crimes they have committed - including sending people to die along Khmer-Thai borders by their Vietnamese-parent policy KKKKK (k5).
when we have civil war, those kind of tragedy can happen. so, think wisely before you have another civil war or revolution or whatever. these tragedy happens during time of civil conflict, so think about it, ok! don't tell me you still civil war? sound like some individuals are not thinking clearly at all, really! and the rule of law protect people, so you can't go back to the past and do revenge or whatever. instead we should create the rule of law to prevent that tragedy from happening again, that's the wise way, ok! wake up already. educated people think wisely about it, really. so please, get an educated for a change, really!
cambodia should create law that prohibit people from taking revenge, from using hate, etc to attack others because these things are detrimental to the country and to peace and order because it instill fear and a threat to others people who want nothing to do with other people's politics. these people need protection from violence, threat, unruly people, etc!
