The problem is not about the preservation of the national resources. It is about the politics and policies, or the lack there of, the corruptions, greed and power monger within and among the rich and powerful individuals. We need to change that culture. The change must start with Hun Sen.

The puppet government will do anything to shift the people's attention from the big problems.
For instance, in the past, they made the conflict in the Thai border looked important while the frontier in the east was wide opened for the Vietnamese people to come in at will.
