Preah Sangha = Monk which means one who renounces the material world through actions and thoughts (non-actions) in order to thrive to reach a Buddhahood. A monk could attain this enlightenment through basically four main ways:
Karma - perform good deeds to serve humankind Bhakti - perform prayers and recite mantra Raja - mastering nature through spiritual and mind training Jnana - reflecting on the ultimate truth
If a monk thrive to reach this Buddhahood, everything else is secondary. We need to be a great man first to judge another great man.
don't blame this youth, his mind has been churn by Mr. Khem Veasna's deadly persuasion. He only follows Veasna blindly, only repeating what that man repeats - that is the ultimate job of LDP youth, not to think for themselves but to be tools for Mr. Khem Veasna!

Infact to the future no more monks ,because the old people said they only take a yellow cloth to tied up on their ears , they'll remark a monk too. How about nowaday some lousy monk eat at nihgt times , went to karaoke ,date with the girls greedy money and power are these thing is the rigth of Budha way or not ? So don't blame Chan oeun ,because the monks themself who insulted Budhha rules ,then make the religion of Budhha going lower and lower.If you smart enough not a VIET slave you'll know how to solve this matter.
