Old Khmer Characters

The Thai characters bear some resemblance to the characters on this old Khmer coin.

    Thai characters and numbers were copied from Khmer. Khmer/Cambodia was always there way before the Siamese even existed!

    Pal! it's NOT Thai character and Thai numbers, it is the fact that Thai looted Khmer treasure and copied from the Khmer. Do you understand?

    They are NOT thai characters. They are khmer. The coins were first printed by King Ang Daung in 1850s.

    We also known we followed and also modified many traditional from Angkor wat period culture, our ancestor also multiple ethnic gruops in Southeast asia and also China that all same historical evidence of all country in our earth.

    Thai language have most of Khmer characters and numbers, but their writting way was copy from the caucasian system.
