Yeah 12:01 AM, all votes counts, but make sure you tell those NEC not to manipulate all the votes again, otherwise, you gonna eat shit and all your CPP party. You need to prove it to the oppositions party so they could agree and satify with the results. Don't just cut corner and be proud to your own party and call it free and fair election.
Unification seems little too late . It should been done before last general electon , when Khmer voters wished all democratic parties to do so . Now you see that almost half of Khmer who are eligible to vote don't care going to the poll . It need a lot of hard work and dedication to convince people to believe that the merged party is serious about national interest , for change of current regime , not only for benefit of few . Good luck to DMNR ! and good luck to all Cambodians !
