Synopsis: On Wednesday 15 August 2012, Hun Xen continued his antics by accusing SRP MP Son Chhay of being his spy. This is not the first that Hun Xen use this dirty tactics to threaten others by revealing secret documents and taped conversations, especially against his popular political opponents who have the ability to wrestle power away from him. Hun Xen issued a taped conversation with Kem Sokha and he threatened to reveal secret documents of his meeting with opposition leader Sam Rainsy. Lately, Hun Xen accused SRP MP Son Chhay of being his spy and his adopted younger brother. Now think about it: if Son Chhay is really Hun Xen’s spy, why would Hun Xen risk losing one of his agents by revealing his identity? Either Hun Xen is dumb or he is a pathetic liar. Enough of the dirty commie tricks, Hun Xen!
លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន កាលពីថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៥ ខែសីហា នៅបន្តអះអាងថា តំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី លោក សុន ឆ័យ ជាចារកម្មរបស់លោក។
នេះមិនមែនជាលើកដំបូងទេដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានគំរាមបង្ហាញឯកសារសំងាត់ និងខ្សែអាត់ថតសំឡេងប្រឆាំងនឹងអ្នកនយោបាយជាដៃគូប្រកួតប្រជែងនយោបាយ ដែលមានប្រជាប្រិយភាព និងដែលអាចមានលទ្ធភាពដណ្ដើមអំណាចពីលោក។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ធ្លាប់បានបញ្ចេញខ្សែអាត់សំឡេងសន្ទនារវាងលោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងលោក ព្រមទាំងការគំរាមបញ្ចេញឯកសារសំងាត់ក្នុងជំនួបកំពូលរវាងលោក និងលោក សម រង្ស៊ី ប្រធានគណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី។ នៅចុងក្រោយបង្អស់នេះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានចោទតំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី លោក សុន ឆ័យ ថា ជាចារកម្ម និងជាប្អូនធម៌របស់លោក។
ការចោទប្រកាន់របស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន សុទ្ធតែអះអាងថា មន្ត្រីគណបក្សប្រឆាំងទាំងនោះមានផែនការសំងាត់ដែលអាចផ្ដល់ផលប្រយោជន៍នយោបាយឲ្យលោក និងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។
មន្ត្រីគណបក្សប្រឆាំង និងអ្នកឃ្លាំមើលស្ថានការណ៍នយោបាយហៅការចោទប្រកាន់របស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថា ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ “ឈ្នះហើយឈ្នះទៀត” និង “នយោបាយបំបែកបំបាក់ដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រង”។
អ្នកវិភាគនយោបាយចាត់ទុកថា ការពិភាក្សារវាងមន្ត្រីគណបក្សប្រឆាំង និងតំណាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលមិនមែនជាការខុសឆ្គងនោះទេ។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ សីហា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានប្រើប្រាស់រយៈពេល ៥ម៉ោង និង ២០នាទី បកស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែន និងរិះគន់តំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ដែលហ៊ានចោទសួរលោកពីបញ្ហាព្រំដែន។ ក្នុងវេទិការដ្ឋសភាមុនពេលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បកស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែន លោកបានចំណាយពេលប្រមាណ ១ម៉ោង រិះគន់ និងចោទប្រកាន់លោក សុន ឆ័យ ថាជាចារកម្មលោក។ ប្រធានរដ្ឋសភាជាតិ លោក ហេង សំរិន បានអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ចោទលោក សុន ឆ័យ ប៉ុន្តែមិនបានអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យលោក សុន ឆ័យ ឆ្លើយតបទេ។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន៖ «អ្វីដែលប្អូនធ្វើ មិនមែនបងមិនចាត់ទុកប្អូនជាចារកម្មបងទេ។ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែទង្វើនេះគេចង់ថាយ៉ាងម្ដេចក៏បានដែរ។ ប្អូនមានឆន្ទៈល្អចំពោះបង ឬឯកឧត្ដមមានឆន្ទៈល្អចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាល មិនឲ្យខ្មែរក្រហមចូលក្រុង»។
នេះជាលើកទីពីរហើយដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ចោទលោក សុន ឆ័យ ថាជាចារកម្មលោក។ ការចោទនេះធ្វើឡើងរាល់ពេលលោក សុន ឆ័យ រិះគន់លោក។
ក្នុងវេទិកាអ្នកស្ដាប់វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី លោក សុន ឆ័យ បានចោទលោក ហ៊ុន សែន វិញថា លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ "ឈ្នះហើយឈ្នះទៀត" និង "បំបែកបំបាក់" ដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រង ប្រឆាំងនឹងគណបក្សប្រឆាំង។
លោក សុន ឆ័យ៖ «នយោបាយឈ្នះហើយឈ្នះទៀត ឬក៏បំបែកបំបាក់ដើម្បីគ្រប់គ្រងនោះ វាល្មមដល់ពេលបញ្ចប់ ហើយរៀនធ្វើការដោយកិត្តិយស ចេះជជែកគ្នា។ ដូចជាបញ្ហាដែលនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីលោកបារម្ភដែរថា ឆ្លើយជាសាធារណៈ រឿងសំងាត់ដែលគួរតែលាក់ កុំឲ្យខាតនោះ យើងអាចជជែកគ្នារវាងមេដឹកនាំគណបក្សក្នុងបន្ទប់ស្ងាត់ទៅ»។
លោក គល់ បញ្ញា នាយកប្រតិបត្តិគណៈកម្មាធិការដើម្បីការបោះឆ្នោតដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌នៅកម្ពុជា កាលពីថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៥ ខែសីហា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការសន្ទនានយោបាយរវាងមន្ត្រីគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច និងគណបក្សប្រឆាំង មិនមែនជាការខុសឆ្គងនោះទេ ហើយថា ការប្រើប្រាស់ឯកសារសំងាត់ និងខ្សែអាត់សំឡេងដើម្បីផ្ដួលអ្នកប្រជែងអំណាចនោះ គ្មានឥទ្ធិពលទេ ដោយសារអ្នកនយោបាយកម្ពុជា មានភាពចាស់ទុំផ្នែកនយោបាយ។
លោក គល់ បញ្ញា៖ «អ្នកនយោបាយឥឡូវគេមានភាពចាស់ទុំ គេចេះរបៀបធ្វើការហើយ គេរៀនជជែកគ្នា។ ខ្ញុំគិតថា ចំណុចនេះជាចំណុចរីកចំរើន មិនមែនជារឿងអាស្រូវអ្វីរហូតធ្វើឲ្យមានការប្រែប្រួលនៃការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាធ្ងន់ធ្ងរនោះទេ»។
មន្ត្រីឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ ក៏បានអះអាងស្រដៀងគ្នានេះ។ នាយកប្រតិបត្តិទទួលបន្ទុកតំបន់អាស៊ី នៃអង្គការការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស Human Rights Watch លោក ប្រែដ អាដាម (Brad Adams) ធ្លាប់មានប្រសាសន៍ថា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ធ្លាប់មានជ័យជម្នះដោយសារយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របំបែក និងត្រួតត្រា។
ប្រធានចលនាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បញ្ជាក់ថា លោកមិនចាប់អារម្មណ៍នឹងព័ត៌មានលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឡើយ។ សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានចំអកថា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឆោតល្ងង់ណាស់ដែលជឿជាក់ថា លោកអាចធ្វើឲ្យមន្ត្រីគណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី ជឿការចោទប្រកាន់នោះ។ លោកបន្ថែមទៀតថា ប្រសិនបើលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ចង់ឲ្យគេជឿថា វត្ថុម្យ៉ាងមានពណ៌ខ្មៅនោះ តាមពិតវត្ថុនោះមានពណ៌សទៅវិញទេ។
កាលពីថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៥ សីហា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន នៅតែបន្តចោទលោក សុន ឆ័យ ថាជាចារកម្ម ប៉ុន្តែបានបដិសេធថា លោកមិនចង់បំបែកបំបាក់គណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី ឡើយ៖ «មកផ្ទះតាខ្មៅឯងសោះហ្នឹង ហើយមិនមែនឯងអ្នកសុំវាសោះហ្នឹង។ មនុស្សដូចខ្ញុំទៅសុំជួបមនុស្សហ្នឹង? រួចថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យ ១ម៉ឺនដុល្លារម្នាក់ អត់មានលុយទេ។ រើកាន់តែរឹត»។
នៅដើមឆ្នាំ២០១២ នេះ អង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិបានដាក់បញ្ចូលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ទៅក្នុងបញ្ជី “ក្លឹបមួយម៉ឺន”។ អង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស Human Rights Watch បានបង្កើតបញ្ជីក្លឹបមួយម៉ឺន ជាបញ្ជីនៃមេដឹកនាំដែលអាចរក្សាអំណាចដោយសារការប្រើប្រាស់កងកម្លាំងយោធា ហិង្សានយោបាយ អំពើពុករលួយ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ការគាំទ្របរទេស ដើម្បីរក្សាអំណាច។ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន មានវ័យ ៦១ឆ្នាំ បានរក្សាអំណាចបានរយៈពេល មួយម៉ឺនថ្ងៃ ស្មើនឹង ២៧ឆ្នាំ៕

If are a good Khmer citizen, need to find out the truth and investigate all of anything based on your owned Knowledge rather than listening a propaganda or a rumors and keep your both opening to all the suspicious action on those people of what he/she did first Ok.
One last thing that I would recommend you to listen that he was interviewed on the 15 August by the agent of The Khmer post Radio whose stationed at Long Beach. That news will help your clear off mind if you are a truly love democracy.
