Unfortunately, Some Khmer Sangharajas are pure politicians and have nothing to do with Buddhism.
They are not only atheist(deny existence of GOD whom Buddha never explicitly rejected) but also very materialistic (it is a shame to proclaim themselves Atma = Pure Divine Spirit; just observe one of their lunches in their Samdech's palaces or temples).
