Sam Rainsy must to criticize over ah Hun Sen that in the moment of the conflict in 2008, ah Hun Sen was stubborn to delay without listen to him (Sam Rainsy) and civil society telling to protest to ICJ, and let the clashes happened and kill some people.
It is no brainner that ICJ ruled in favor of Cambodia. CPP refuses to bring the case to the ICJ till it was after several clashes! It was cleared to every observer that Cambodia needed to take Thailand to ICJ a long time ago. Thank God eventually they did! They cannot steal the show the way Sihounouk did with the Independence. CPP had a lot to explain about the eastern territory and about an unchecked Vietnamese political immigration and colonization.
