I have never known this gentleman before, but I have heard about him when a group of youths were arrested at the time they had given the flowers to the authority polices before the protests. While he was talking about the ICC, I believe that he has a thorough understanding about the Court procedure similar to the way I understand after I was doing my research four months ago. In this video, I heard him saying that it takes six months for the ICC investigators to conduct the preliminary examination in Cambodia that is indeed a confidential task. If this true I’m really applauding for his effort and the Pre-Trial Chamber Judge for authorizing an investigation on crimes against humanity in Cambodia. Now, I can see the reason why Hun Sen and CPP officials are so concerned and sensitive about his group. I’m also hoping that the CNRP committee would take this approach and help collecting crime evidences to present to the ICC to bring Hun Sen and his associates to justice.
I only hope that you are not a member of this KPPM. I have spoken with Mr. Rotha several times and my first impression tells me that Mr. Rotha is yet to prove anything beyond his front doors. He is trying to make a name for himself by criticizing SRP and especially Mr. Rainsy without him being there to challenge Mr. Rotha. A below the belt attack on Mr. Rainsy which I found that very hard to swallow, not that I am defending Mr. Rainsy, but I think Mr. Rotha has no capacity nor the intelligence to match Mr. Rainsy on international stage. Mr. Rotha's credibility has severely been tarnished since I last spoken with him and that has been several years ago. Having spoken with him and observing his activities in the place where he is residing, I have come to one conclusion and that is how does he support himself without a job in the United States? I have been here more than 30 years and it is very hard to make a living in the US, not to mention Mr. Rotha, beside not working, he has time and money to operate his KPPM. This is what I would like to know.

I posted this video for the purpose of fostering debate and to give other political groups claiming to be interested in democratic development and political freedom a room to air their views and ideas so as to put those ideas under or before the public spot light and judgement.
Personally, I don't have connections with any political party or personality at all as I have mentioned more than a few times before.
I do feel we should not exclude [from this forum] someone without concrete or plausible evidence that would warrant such exclusion.
