Cambodia to Build Second Port in Sihanoukville

Cambodia will build a new seaport within the Stung Hav area in Sihanoukville from 2007 to 2012, to meet the rising demand from import and export of goods, Prime Minister Hun Sen said on Wednesday.

"This conforms with our open sky policy, which means that we use all means, including sea, land, and air ways, to develop our economy," radio reports quoted him as saying at a road construction ceremony in Sihanoukville.

The present Sihanoukville seaport can't meet all the demands of import and export and a new seaport will solve the problem and expand the country's economic growth, he said.

The project will be implemented by a Cambodian-Japanese joint venture, he added.

Yes, that is correct Somdach (Hun
Sen) many things need to be
    expanded to support our rapid
growing economy. Lots and lots of
work has to be done; no time to
    bicker with losers.

And thank you for your hard works
and devotion to all Khmer People.

    God blesses you.

You know eventhough I don't like Hun Sen much, but I think he has done a great job in rebuilding Cambodia. Those Royal assholes have done shit for Cambodian, but bickering against one another.

Gee, thank for your kind word 6:52.
Not for Hun Sen, since you are not
his fan, but for the men and women
    in the administration who work
hard to better Cambodia. I am sure
this will boost their spirit and
give them more strength to continue
to strive to make Cambodia a better
    place for all citizens.

    Peace be with you, bro.
