Mar Sophal said that Funcinpec saw that NRP received good results (during the commune election), and if the prince refused to return back to Funcinpec, this party will face problems in the 2008 (general election).

ReplyDeleteIt is sad to see that these Cambodian leaders does not care about Ranariddh's guilt or innocent. They just care what kind of politcal gain they can have. It does not speak well of justics in Cambodia now or in the future. Rules of law only apply to the common people; while the ruling elite can do whatever they want. Sad!

However you failed to see that even with 60% or 75% like in most other developing countries, it would be better off than in Cambodian where justics does not work. I would be happy if it works 50% in Cambodia.
