The Phnom Penh municipality plans to close motorcycle repair shops and motorcycle washing shops set up along roadsides in Phnom Penh, because these shops destroy public order, cause traffic jam, plug sewers, and create a lot of noise to the neighborhood. PP Governor should designate some places for this kind of business in light industrial area instead of allow them to work in residential areas to protect public health. I support for the move because of the interest of the public health.

There should be a clear policy concerning the market: Hygiene, order and safety.
What we see at any market in the City and in the whole Cambodia is: Lack of Hygiene, lack of order and of Safety. Al this can be changed.
I agree with you. You can see that all the roadsides in PPenh are used by the shop-owner to display their goods. The roadsides are public places for pedestrans. i know the shop-owners pay money everyday to the local authority. The Governor should consider this matter.
