Translated from Khmer by Heng Soy

SRP MP Son Chhay said that the order issued by the Ministry of Information to confiscate reports distributed by Global Witness on illegal logging in Cambodia as an illegal act (by the government). Son Chhay told RFA in an interview that the ban imposed by the Ministry of Information on the distribution of this report is illegal because the Constitution of Cambodia states that there should not be any ban in the distribution of information. Son Chhay said that in his position as the Chairman of the National Assembly Committee in charge of information, he is puzzled about this act, he said that he will discuss this issue with members of his committee and will invite Khieu Kanharith, the Minister of Information, to the floor of the National Assembly to clarify this ban.

Fools, Ah idiot (Son Chay) is no

    considered pornography also as
    information? Therefore, shut the
fuck up, and let Khmer people
decides what is and what not
    constitutional in srok khmer,

Confiscation of GW reports or not , we don't care! I got it by down-loading from the Internet. And people know all this by Radio.
it was not a surprise, as people know who they are, the guys montioned in the reports. It was just a confirmation of what people dare not to say loudly and openly.

Kanharith! you confiscate the GW report like you use to strip the clothes of the prostitute in front of everybody for you sadistic pleasure.
Do you remember this? Some years ago, on a floating house in Kean Svay you were heavely drunk. You grabbed one girl and put her on your knees. With your personal skill, your left arm quickly removed her bra and throwed it on the floor. And you right feet toes quicly removed her underpants and also throwed it on the floor. Then you said to your mates, moving up her jupe and opening her legs: Wanna see her Pussy?
I felt very pity for the poor girl.I never forget this bad souvenir from you. You are minister, you have your wife and got daughters. Why did you do that?
