US Dispels Rumors It Acted to Pressure Hun Sen's Ouster

Heng Reaksmey, VOA Khmer
Original report from Phnom Penh
31/05/2007

A US Embassy spokesman said Thursday there was no truth to reports that Prime Minister Hun Sen is under pressure from Western countries to step down.

The embassy was reacting to a speak made by Hun Sen yesterday in which the prime minister himself debunked rumors of pressure and accused the Norodom Ranariddh Party of spreading them in order to coerce him to step down.

The rumors, published in small newspapers, inferred US collusion with Vietnamese authorities to force Hun Sen's ouster. NRP officials denied involvement, and the US Embassy spokesman said there were "absolutely no truth" to the reports.

Does this mean Uncle SAM is coming out supporting AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave dictator? ahahhahah!

If it is only a rumor why even bother to make a big deal about it!

AH HUN SEN needs to know his own limitation and if the Vietcong want him to stay in power until the age of 90 years old and it will not going to change the damn situation! The damn situation is the Vietcong will always seek to use AH HUN SEN as their slave no matter how much it costs!! If AH HUN SEN want to be the Vietcong slave for the rest of his life and so be it!!!There are million, million, and million of Cambodian people who are refused to be the Vietcong slave!! A good example would be the Khmer Krom and Khmer Kandal people!!

    Noope, right now millions of
people are willing to do anything
for jobs. They have been suffered
too long from Ah Sam Nazi chasing
    all their jobs away.

    To 8:12AM!

Tell me who want to do business with Cambodia when Cambodia under AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave is so corrupted! Why don't you mention about the disappearance of $500 million dollars due to corruption every year!! The $500 million dollars can be used to create more jobs and raise more salary!

Those business people who are adapting the Western way of doing business in Cambodia can never be successful because the Western way of doing business allows no room for corruption!

Wrong, there are plenty of western
    bussinesses here, and they are
still comming in more and more,
just not fast enough as we wanted
    it to be.

And if you want to know where the
500 mills go to, it took a one-way
trip into Ah Sam Nazi and his
hungry people pockets. We never got
a cent back from them people, and
they want more money too, to add
    more MPs and other staffs.
