Cambodia has always suffered from mafia groups who have targetted this country for having shameless leaders and uneducated leaders. They knew that these leaders are so proud to have a degree even a fake one to show all countryside people that they have earned a degree. In reality all universities who have presented their degree to all these monkies are not really existing. They created a fake one to buff uneducated public like Cambodia. I hope that authorities of countries where these universities have claimed to be located to prosecute these people heavily for creating these scams to foul monkies in Cambodia. Why they don't present their degree to Kind of Cambodia or his father?
Got a degree for what? This is guy didn't even knows anything about law. If he knows, he should help our poor KHMER KROM. Instead of support them they harm them. What is wrong with this monkey ass.

The acquisition of such high-level education (e.g., Ph.D.), requires strenuous efforts and arduous work; however, an individual who never set foot in the classroom, and was officially honored with the highest degree, that is, it is preposterously absurd. Certainly, we just got ourselves (yet another) gutless and directionless leader.
It was a real sick joke. Those types of Ph.D should be doing away with. People spent years in the institution of education get such degree. Here comes this a..hole that don't even do anything and got one!
