All hotels, big properties in Phnom Penh and in all Provicial areas were all in the hands of CPP members. In every city, every province, all provicial governor has keep a big chunk of good lands and properties for all CPP ministers and their chindren. -From 1995 onward, a lot of land were all taken by CPP military chiefs and miniters. -From 1995, millions of ha of lands were taken by forces, by gun points lands from innocenses farmer by CPP supporters like Yeay Phu, Yeay Phann ,Hun Sen'step mother, Ly Yong Phat, Mong Rithy, Kok An, Sok Kuong, Yeay Oy, Kong Triv etc.. and etc.. -From 1991, CPP has set up the country administration into a Pyramid ( he called it Triangle )style. THe top can exploite from the bottom up. Every level up can exploite their level downward. They have have re-establissed a new style of Feuodalism and a new style large Landlords like Yeay Phu has 1.6 millions of ha of lands which she hasn't paid a penny.
