Translated from French by Tola Ek

In the morning of Friday 30 May, the National Election Committee (NEC) conducted a random drawing for a number identifying each political party registered for the general election.

The outcome of the drawing is to set an ordering number for each of the eleven parties on the election ballot. According to Im Suosdey, the NEC president, “each political party, identified by a number, will be more easily memorized by the voters who have difficulties reading and they will have to check a party of their choice.” Two monks presided on the drawing: Bour Kry, the Dhammayud patriarch, and Nuon Nget, the kingdom monks director.

The outcome of the drawing is as follows:
  1. Norodom Ranariddh Party
  2. The Khmer Democratic Party
  3. The Democracy League
  4. The CPP
  5. The Anti-Poverty Party
  6. The Khmer Republican Party
  7. The Social Justice Party
  8. Funcinpec
  9. Sam Rainsy Party
  10. Hang Dara Democratic Movement
  11. Human Rights Party

If you're all believed in Karma & Feng Shiu.
    This is my explanation :
    - Number 4 is the sign of Death,so CPP will be gone like wind blow into where they were belongs.

    - Number 9 is the best of Feng Shiu.
It'll bring the Victory to all of Khmer Democrats, the Prosperity & the Happyness back to Khmer People.

    Jeyo,Khmer & its Cambodia !

Go number 4 and 8 for luck!

Odd number are the worse, stay away from that because year 2008 is an even year.

SRP could not win CPP. But it would gain some more seat at Assembly. I can bet.

CPP will obtain majority seat in Assembly or can form a goverment alone.

When the opposition is still with same face, the ruler of ruling will be with the same face gain, I quote Hun Sen as saying recently.

Samdech Chuon Nat always mocked people who were superstitious on his radio program, and he always advised people to be reasonable.

Samdech Chuon Nath's ballad Savada Khmer calls for all Khmer to unite, to remember and to uphold the great history of the Khmer people.

    English Translation

All Khmers, please remember the root and history of our great country
Our boundary was wide and well known
Others always thought highly of our race
And always placed our race as the elders.

We have great heritage and culture
Which has spread far and wide in the Far East.
    Religion, arts and education,
Music, philosophy and strategies are all that we have spread.

All Khmers, please remember our roots and history
Which speaks of the grandeur of our great race
Make up your mind and body and try hard to rebuild
In order to lift the value of our nation
To once again rise to the greatness that we once had.

    4:45PM,
actually you should refer to what the Buddha said, because Bddhism excludes superstition.

    5:11PM,
it's not Khmer saying, it's your own saying. You alone, who is believing in such a superstition, cannot represent most Khmer who don't believe in that idiocy.

The problem, how many the viets who are entitled to vote in the kingdom Khmer ? The viets will certainly vote for the CPP-Hun Sen.

It is a procedure for annexation of the kingdom Khmer by the invasion of the Vietnamese population.

4:55, what you are talking about is Fake and scam. They have fake westerner tech too but they are getting busted in the west. This is no difference from Cambodia. We have fake Monks too.

At any rate, number 4 and 8 are the lucky number because it will retain its even property even if you dividing it by 2. You don't want odd number because that will destroyed Cambodia as it did in the 70's. Moreover you don't want 2, 6, or 10 because when you divided those number by 2 you get odd number, and that is bad, bad, and bad.

so divide 10 by 2 you get odd number ?

go back to school, will ya. that is how the fucking cpp fuckwits run the country for 30 years. evrything is upside down.

Well yeah, 10 divided by 2 equal 5, and that is odd. Therefore, that is a "no no" to vote for in an even year (2008.) Bad thing can happened if we don't followed the rule.

No what 4:55 is not fake. You can find tapes or CD of Samdech Chuon Nath's speech in Phsar Tuol Tompong and in some bookstores in Phnom Penh.
