Cigar-smoking hairy-nosed otter?
Cambodia's Phnom Tamau Zoo is a nonsmoking zoo, despite what Dara may lead you to believe. Dara is the only known hairy-nosed otter in legal captivity in the world. The stogie is a fish: Close but no cigar.
it's called "pae" in the khmer language, otter like this is very smart and adorable and probably uniquely found only in cambodia. please help cambodia to preserve and safe them by providing a good, safe natural habitat for them to live and reproduce naturally withoug so much of people intervention. god bless cambodia and everything in it.

You do not need to tell me that it was not a siga! I know it for sure Dara is looked smarter than the PHD from HANOI Ah Hun Xen!
