Why you are all did not know about the coward lady of LICADHO who works for Hun Sen. Everything has been reported confidentially to that bloody guy. She never dare said anything about the cruel activities of that one eye guy. If you support her which mean you support Hun Sen to continue vioalting the rights of the Khmer citizen and all types of criminals will be going on with impunity. They (CPP members)will rule the country forever as Hun Sen said.

    UNDER AGE CHILD SEX
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed under age child sex.
Svay Sitha is a senior government official from Cambodian People's Party.
Svay Sitha had a sexual relationship with Tat Marina, she was only 16 years old.

    ACID ATTACK ON TAT MARINA
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed acid attack.
"On December 5, 1999, Tat Marina, age 16, was severely disfigured in an acid attack in Phnom Penh. The attack was allegedly committed by Khun Sophal, the wife of a senior government official, Svay Sitha, because she was angry her husband had a sexual relationship with Tat Marina. Neither Khun Sophal nor those suspected of being her accomplices in the attack were brought to justice. Intense media publicity compelled the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to issue an arrest warrant for Khun Sophal for attempted murder, but the police claimed that they could not locate her, although journalists reported that she was living at home as usual."

TORTURE AND MURDER ON PRAK SITHA WHILE IN CUSTODY BY MISNISTRY OF INTERIOR OFFICIAL
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed torture and murder.
"On the night of January 16, 2003, a street youth named Prak Sitha was beaten to death at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) headquarters after he was arrested and detained by off-duty MOI officers on suspicion of theft. His body - bearing numerous injuries to the head, torso, arms, and legs - was dumped at a Phnom Penh pagoda the following morning by ministry officers, in violation of police regulations regarding deaths in custody. No criminal charges were filed in connection with this death. In December 2004, the case was cited by the UN secretary-general's special representative for human rights in Cambodia - who stated that Prak Sitha died at the ministry "following beatings by a known police officer" - as an example of a "consistent and continuing pattern of impunity" in Cambodia."

PUT SAMPHORS WAS SHOT DEAD BY MEAN SOKCHEA, A RCAF MAJOR WORKING IN BRIGADE 70.
Hun Sen's personal Bodyguards Unit (Brigade 70) is a terrorist organization.
Hing Bunheang is a March 30, 1997 Grenade Attack suspect identified by the FBI.
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed murder, again.
"On September 4, 2008, Mean Sokchea, a RCAF major working in Brigade 70, shot dead 21-year-old waitress Put Samphors at a restaurant in Kandal province. Mean Sokchea, in a drunken stupor, fired his gun and apparently mistakenly hit Put Samphors in the stomach. She was taken to a hospital but later died of her wounds. Mean Sokchea was detained by the police overnight but was then released, allegedly after intervention by Hing Bun Heang. Put Samphor's family received US$2,700 from Mean Sokchea, and the police told them that their daughter was shot while authorities were chasing robbers."

Where was the Human Right? Where were the UN and US? Where was the World compassion? Where was God? Where were you when we need you during the KR regime? I was there and watched the innocent Cambodian dying. I had only the questions without answers. How come the UN, US just show after the Vietnamese invaded and liberated the Cambodians from the bloody hand of Khmer Rouge?? Until now I still can not get the right answers!!!

    1:45AM,
How can I avoid using the word "ah pleu" if some idiot come up to say something like you, ha 1:45AM?
Here are my question to you:
Were you born yet at the time Pol Pot tortured us the innocent Khmer?

If you were also living during that time, why the hell you don't seem to know anything about how the Pol Pot treated us Khmer?

If there were the Human Right group were allowed to work in Cambodia by that time, why the hell Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim, etc. had to run to Vietnam?

Are you actually one of the Khmer Rouge pretending to be the survivor of the Pol Pot?

Do you think that these few monkeys who asked the Yuons to topple the Pol Pot?

Stop posing such silly questions, will ya? It only shows that you are complete idiot.

We cannot live in the past; we have to deal with the present and prepare for the future. Yes, I can learn from the past to shape up our present. Therefore, we should ask ourselves "Is Cambodia now at real peace and democracy?" Are all of us satisfied with the current condition in Cambodia? Avoid taking side for personal interest or gain and look at the overall principles of what people need to live in peace and freedom with dignity. Where are we at now? Avoid attacking each other and be insightful and constructive.

No one can turn a blind eye to ignore what Hun Sen has done to Khmer people in general if one is not a fool or retarded. Your comment sounds very good for the criminals like Hun Sen and his cronies who have hurt, harmed, and robbed the innocent Khmer. All these criminla must be held accountable for all criminal acts they have deliberately planned and commited against Khmer people. None of them should be allowed to go unpunished. History has already repeated itself: HUn Sen'regime appears to be looking similar to that of Pol Pot, and we decent Khmer must not allow it to fullfil its range again.

Yesterday one folk strongly critcized me for using the words "ah pleu, ah chhuot. Let me tell him a little bit about how I became pleu or chhuot as I am now: A few yeas ago when I first jumped in KI media blog to express my personal opinions, I was always polite. I never use cussing words. But it did not take long for some folks to call me ah pleu or ah chhkuot when my opinions contrast with theirs, just as 10:07PM cussed me right now. And it didn't take me long too to become chhkuot or pleu like some of them, as some folks know: bad habit forms itself faster that good habit does. Then I become chhkuot to agree with the current of the pleu, as some proverbs say and I quote:
"If you live in the river you should make friends with the crocodile."

"When we cannot act as we wish, we must act as we can."

The art of life is a constant readjustment to our surroundings."

You must shift your sail with the wind."

If the wind will not serve, take to the oars."

You don’t understand, you make the country worse by accusing Samdech Daychu Hun Sen as Khmer Rouge. Yes! He was a former Khmer Rouge like me; however he was a good soldier. He went to Vietnam asked for help save your lives from some brutal Khmer Rouge regime. You shouldn’t blame all Khmer Rouges are bad. Concerning the Khmer Rouge case, I don‘t understand why these foreigners still want to have more trail with other Khmer Rouge. I am not a member of the CPP party nor a member of any party in Cambodia, I am just an individual, who love my country(Cambodia). I did not accused Samdech Daychu Hun Sen of doing anything wrong, but instead I commend him for doing a great job for the people of Cambodia. I do not said, that all khmer rough are bad, especially those one that defect to Vietnam, I saluted them for saving Cambodians. I do salute January 7th,1979, becuase without January 7th, 1979, I probably won't be here talking to you right now.

My English is not excellent as most comment posters, but I have the ability to do the following work and I have done it:

Last year I mentioned once that for all these fifteen years I have compiled three big useful books, all bi-lingual English Khmer.

1-The first book is English Grammar in Details, 720 pages. I transfered from Longman English Grammar, which was well-written by four English professors, and was specifically designed for foreign students who study English as a second language.

2- Idoms and slangs and all useful phrases with thousands of examples, 1000 pages.

So you must be member of the SRP. Now I can understand how the SRP strategies now, so the claim that the CPP did grenade attack, assassination of Chea Vichea, attemted assassination on Sam Rainsy could be the SRP themseves commited all these crime, so they could accused the CPP of doing something wrong, in other words they killed or attempted to kill among their members and blamed it on CPP for their own political gain.
    Shame on you SRP.

    Hun Sen incites ghosts

    The Phnom Penh Post
    Thursday, 10 September 2009 15:02 Vong Sokheng

PRIME Minister Hun Sen launched an attack against his political opponents Wednesday, saying "ghosts" out for the Pchum Ben festival would come to threaten their lives.

"The ghost are around them and will take them along." Hun Sen told a few hundred supporters during the inauguration of a pagoda in the Kirivong district of Takeo province.

"[The opposition leaders] want to be the prime minister, but they have never had an opportunity, and it will be impossible," Hun Sen said. "They have had no ability to work, but they are accusing us of corruption."

Yim Sovann, spokeman for the Sam Rainsy Party, said the prime minister's remarks were part of a "political campaign" aimed at strengthening his power. Human Rights Party President Kem Sokha told the Post that he wasn't interested in reacting to the speech.

To AngkorainMan Krama Man & ah Measthes:

U R a Pro-CPPs, let me start by asking a question for u 2 to ransacking your neuronal for answer. Has you master Hun Sen stopped evicting Khmer Citizens living in CAMBODIA from their makeshifs/huts/homes in the name of public domain for the purpose of development?

A LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IS DANGEROUS! The WHOLE WORLD IS VERY CONSCIOUS ABOUT LIVING OR STRIVING TO BE SUSTAINABLE. I ask again, what does the CPP folks know about sustainability?

Illegal logging and clearing out the Rainforest in Cambodia isn't SMART to do. Building hydroelectric dams isn't a good idea 'cause the government isn't willing to take care of the citizens that are being displaced by infrastructures. Pumping sand into a lake isn't a SMART idea either, but I can't expect much from the CPP 'cause EDUCATION CREDENTIALS ARE VERY BOGUS.

A little knowledge is a DANGEROUS thing. What has the CPP been doing with DONORS' money that was supposed to improve the infrastructures of Khmer Society? I am talking about a Billion Dollar annually in the last 20 years given to CPP government.

Clean water, electricity, health, education, and et al ought to be improve by today's standard. But, I am there in Cambodia -- 1/1000th of 1% does get to the general public in Cambodia. The massive and chronic flooding ought to be solve by now if the government were to use the funding for the citizens. AND DON'T TELL ME THE CPPs ARE MAKING THE DIFFERENT FOR KHMER PEOPLE. IF SO WHICH KHMER: Khmer with $$$$$$$$$$, Khmer-Sok An, Khmer-Hok Lundy, Khmer-Hun Sen...

Boyz! I can go on describing what's wrong with the current Khmer government right now, enough to fill NYC phone book.

The Tourism Sector, especially the Siem Reab Province, the revenue generated are in the 300-600 million dollar annually. So much income generated, ironically Siem Reab Khmer people are very poor, neglected, abandoned, undereducated in DPI (dept. public instruction).

What progress can you tell the world that Hun Sen Regime actually or potentially advance Khmer Society into the 21st Century?

Pause. Contemplate my Rationale. KHMER PEOPLE DESERVED GOVERNMETNT THAT CAN MOVE THEM OUT OF KHMER ROUGE ERA, AND DESERVED TO LIVE WITHOUT FEAR OF PERSECUTION.

Americans criticize Obama every day. Like Last night, soon after Obama's address the congress about his health care plan, the news crews asked people who were listening for their personal opinions. As the economy grows lower and lower and the unemploment grows higher, alot Americans criticize Obanma's performance, but their president does
not show arrogant gesture as Hun Sen always does. Why? Democracy has been applied in a just way and their president was fairly elected by the people; therefore, the people have rights to criticize him, while in Cambodia Hun Sen won the election by manipulation, intermidation, or stealing votes. Democracy means nothing.

Why compare the civilized country or Obama with Hun Sen a Yukome batpsar? Obama has a real Bachelor in Pol.Sc and a real law degree, and he got power by the helps of the White Democrat socialist Supremacy, whereas Hun Sen got power by killing and shooting people.
Just watch Hun Sen speech, all his words are yukome bat psar.

Furtheremore, this yukome batpsar Hun Sen has thousand and thousands body guards who protect him and wait to shoot people, whereas Obama has to be protected by US Intelligence who shield him from another group of the White supremacy who are following to assassinate him.

Did you see President Clinton was placed in court to answer a lot of questions asked by MP members by that time? You were not born yet, right? Then, get to the side and keep sucking your finger, kid.

Will Hun Sen, your arrogantly defying boss, has enough courage to come forward and let the public ask him, as American Presidents do?
