With Vietnam investing in billions of dollars in Cambodia; I wonder if they have in mind of depleting the natural resources of the land and transferring it to their own country with few crumbs left for the poor.
If they control the food supply, they effectively can starve the masses to death without wasting a bullet.

Will Ah Youn let Khmer step into their country as Ah Khmer did. I bet Khmer people will get shot by Ah Youn.
