Why the CPP let Vietnam encroach Khmer territory? Because of their debt for the 7 january victory 1979?
In fact Vietnam invaded Cambodia and overturned the Khmer Rouge regime because the Khmer Rouge had invaded many Vietnamese provinces and killed Vietnamese people, (included Khmer Krom),like they killed Khmer people in Cambodia.

And Sam Borin fails to get Lok Ta Ruom Rith to be caught in his trick because Lok Ta was very smart to throw back the question at him several times. If we listen carefully to this guy he seems to focus the blame to the royal family only and no CPP. He repeated the question to identify names of the royal family who put pressure on the king... and Lok Ta smart answer was asking him back if he knows but he refuses to comment further. What a game of manipulation. - After 7 ánuary 1979 ,MR Sarin Chhak , a well-known famous Cambodian diplomat and an active researcher on the Khmer -Vietnam border (who was recently critized by the Blanc Bec Var Kimhong), was seen alive in P Penh, but secretly DISAPPEARED. Samdach Sihanouk had written a letter to the Vietnamese government asking for the whereabout of SARIN CHHAK. But the VIETS dinied the news about him. SARIN CHHAK was surely killed by the Viets.
- MR Pung Say who recently died in PPenh at the age of 84, was a prominent member of the Deomcratic party and was also survived after the 7 ánuary 1975. He as later jailed for more than 8 year for refusing to work in the HUN SEN Vietnamese-backed government. HIs wife was elected Chief of Sangakat TUK-LAAK in late 1990s.
PUNG SAY´s nephew SEA KOSAL , is current Ambassador to the UN.This guy has changed his Family name " PUNG" in order to be " confortable" with the CPP. His is also son in law of Seang Nam , CPP Member of Parlment.
