Why the Youn people in Cambodia have more right to listen to Vietnam Radio from Vietnam! And why not the Khmer Krom in Vietnam has no right to listen Cambodian Radio from Cambodia?

Why AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government still blind to racial inequality between Khmer and Youn in Cambodia? If the Youn population want to live in segregation in Cambodia and so be it!
