"Preah Vihear: A Political Fiasco": A Conference-Discussion

CONFERENCE-DEBAT

PREAH VIHEAR : UN FIASCO POLITIQUE

CHERS COMPATRIOTES, CHERS AMIS,

- Autoroute A4 (Direction Metz-Nancy), sortie n° 12.
- RER, Ligne A, Station: Bussy-Saint-Georges.

Les principaux sujets traités seront :

1- Le Droit relatif à la Frontière Cambodge-Thaïlande (M. Tith Huon).

Conference-Discussion

Preah Vihear: A Political Fiasco

Dear Compatriots and Friends

“Bilateral” negotiations between Thailand and Cambodia over the Preah Vihear temple, legality, are deadlocked through Thailand’s will. Through his insults and threats against Bangkok, Mr. Hun Sen only shows the weaknesses of his strength and his failure in this case. Meanwhile, armed confrontations are still taking place. The Preah Vihear dispute could degenerate into a regional conflict. What are the solutions?

The Independent Khmer Committee (IKC) – composed of representatives from the Cambodia Border’s Committee (CBC), the Cambodian League of Human and Citizen Rights (LCDHC), SRP-France, HRP-France, as well as other members of the Cambodian Community in France and Europe – invites you to join us at the following Conference-Discussion:

When: Sunday, 28 march 2010, from 2PM
Where:
Salle Maurice Koehl, Place de la Mairie
Bussy-Saint-Georges (77600)
Direction:
  • Freeway A4 (Direction Metz-Nancy), Exit No. 12
  • Train: RER, Line A, Station: Bussy-Saint-Georges
Topics to be discussed:
  1. Legality regarding the Cambodia-Thailand Border (Presented by Mr. Tith Huon)
  2. Cambodia’s Neglect to Thailand Expansionism (Presented by Mr. Mey Siphal)
  3. Preah Vihear toward a new political fiasco (Presented by Mr. Dy Kareth)

Thai have helped to kill khmer after Pol Pot Regime. We had to face with double condemnation and endure much pain from these evil people. Now, we can only hope that the judgment day will to come so that we all can be judged according to our good and bad deeds knowing that " the righteous will live forever and the wicked will be terminated" Unlike Viets they have helped us out of the Pol Pol regime.
