How so, Ms. Theary Seng, please?

http://ki-media.blogspot.com/2010/03/tribunal-complainant-urges-healing.html

According to Theary Seng: "Were all Khmer Rouge involved in killings to be tried, the country could see instability, she said, echoing concerns of Prime Minister Hun Sen and other Cambodian court officials."

The statement above plays into mr. hun sen's manipulation of the khmer rouge tribunal. Over 1.7 millions lost their lives during the khmer rouge, yet Mr. hun sen cleverly manipulates the court by using the excuse such as "instability". Does the khmer rouge tribunal work for Mr. hun sen? No one should be exempted from the crime against humanity. If you committed a crime you must be punished, regardless of circumstances.

According to history, all tyranny falls. Its just a matter of timing.

Evil are forever dis-respected. Good man or women are forever remember and respect.

We pray and wait for the tyrant to fall. HunXen/North korean kim ji jong gonna falls.

Its just which one is going first.

Looks like you might have taken her statement out of context 4:50 AM.

If all she said was "if all the Khmer Rough are brought to court..." then that I would tend to agree with her, but it sounds like you are arguing instead that you believe she said that all the top commander should not be brought to court. Which is two different statements, all top commanders should include Hun Sen, Hor Nam Hong, Keat Chon etc.

All of Khmer Rough includes current civilians and hundreds and thousands of military foot soldiers, which is why it is impractical.

The leadership, high officials and military generals who are part of the Cambodian People's Party are mainly former eastern-zone Khmer Rouge cadres & soldiers. In the 1990's, many more Khmer Rouge were integrated into the CPP. All of them are uneducated and still act barbaric and very ignorant.

People like Hun Sen and all of these other Khmer Rouge are not cultured and do not have a capability to cultivate personal intellect and morality. Everyday, their kind, along with their wives and children and relatives plunder and rape the beautiful heritage and the dignified people of Cambodia.

We all know that it is a complex task for ECCC to search for justice for suffered cambodians as a result of killing field. These days anything possible provided the UN has the right intention to do so.

1-Are we calling for justice for those who passed away under horrible acts committed by ANY kind of khmer rouge?

2-Are we calling for justice for the ongoing survivors?

Firstly, we ought to understand those three forms of khmer rouge, namely the considered revolutionists KR,the pro vietnamese KR(Indochise federation) and the far leftist Mao se tung KR.

Secodly, there were involvement of those communist countries actively supported those factions.Their presence in those years are essential to find out the atroscity committed
Most importantly why only not 1.7million,nor 2,5 million but more have not been looked into and discovered????.

Killings themselve cathegorised by two main actions:

1-Direct killing committed by ignorance due to manipulative hatred, predominantly acted by poor peasants.
2-Indirect killing committed by different reginal groups under the influence so called ENEMY.

Cross refernces of the years movement, thus those who led can be identified and brought to justice.
Availability of DC's can possibly justify those killings.
Bear in mind that killings appeared to be yearly planning even though after 1979.

ECCC currently acts within cambodia under that constraint of PM, however JUSTICE should not have a boundary.
When ECCC can't find justice to cambodians as intended, then once again the UN fails to bring peace to cambodians under UNTAC.

The truth remains to be seen.

The more I read about the UN and this kangaroo court of justice, I think Cambodia is a launching pad for the UN to create a chaos for the purpose of Vietnamization to complete its expansion. The UN is a uniter it's sole purpose is to annex Cambodia to Vietnam and to unite Vietnam with Thai, all three becoming one and including maybe Laos, Burma. They are preparing the ground work for one world government. For that to accomplish can't have too many sovereign nations being independent by itself. Forget about justice, its for annexing Cambodia for the New World Order. So get yourselves in order and quit resisting the well of Uncle Ho Chin. Because Satan said so. He is building his kingdom and God is building his kingdom. In the mean time you have time to change your position of which kingdom you rather belong to.
There are only two choices to choose from. Your decision will seal your fate for eternity.

I agree with you Somnawk, everyone involved should be trialled, including Hun Sen, no one should be able to escape from the Justice system!
Hun Sen is just using "the threat of the country becoming unstable as a threat to scare people from going after him, he is a complete manipulator, with the Viets backing him! One of the culprits, include Hanoi Vietnam, who needs to also be trialled because they orchestrated and played a very huge role in the Khmer Rouge genocide of over 1.5 million people.

Wake up all Khmer in Cambodia you need to stand up and fight for your own freedom we the outside world can't do so much to help you out. Why don't you get all millions of Khmer stand up to bring HUN SEN and his gangster down? The people of power.

i think ms sieng theary has a good understand of things in cambodia and the world. i think it is smart to be selective in who the court bring bring as jury or witnesses to the KR trial. always think in terms of benefits to cambodia, first, then to the world in the name of humanity. expers would probably agree too that is it smart to be selective for the sake of peace, stability and continuity of cambodia into a productive member of our world citizens of nations. god bless cambodia.
