Four delegates of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) are currently visiting Cambodia to try to understand the role of the Cambodian parliament – which includes both the National Assembly and the Senate – in the oversight of foreign aid to Cambodia. The visit of the Geneva-based IPU will take place between 01 and 05 March 2010. The IPU delegates will meet with Cambodian senators and MPs from the CPP, the SRP, the HRP, and the royalist party (formerly known as the Norodom Ranariddh Party) on Monday 01 March at the National Assembly. A representative of the IPU delegates indicated that their mission to Cambodia is for understanding the role of the parliament in the oversight on the government, in particular in the use of development aid provided by the international community, and health-related aid.
I think the IPU should cut open the MPs from CPP stomach to retrieve all the funding that they ate and really examine their large intestines.

Under the Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime, no criminals that has been committed crimes against journalists, political opponents, leaders of the Free Trade Union, innocent men, women and children have ever been brought to justice.
I don't think they are able to find anything in 4-5 days unless they set up a committee to investigatte the whole process within individual CPP's parliamentarian member - meaning cutting out thw whole monkey' body to see their inside.
ReplyDeleteIt is so great to have a national body to watch over all intellectual people on "how do they should run the country?" because life is about improving e.g. "how can we improve our service" again in Aust, people come first or customers come first" so they say. But without this watch dog any gov't could use and abuse their power and "when evil people are in power, crime increases but the righteous will live to see the downfall of such people". therefore please try to be patience and allow room to improve since we are not perfect as " intelligent people are always eager and ready to learn" Proverbs 18:15 or when a nation sins, it will have one ruler after another but a nation will be strong and endure when it has intelligent sensible leaders (ibid 28:2). ReplyDeleteFire them all! Cambodian was set up as the constitutional monarchy country in 1993 by the West and it should be examine by the West. They did a very lousy job for those billions $$$ in aid or payment. They don't deserve it. Sent them all back to their caves.
