Cambodia doesn't worry about water because from Cambodia's eye Cambodia is very closed friend to china, so china will ship water to Cambodia rivers. And alot of water in Hun Sen"s house
yes, climate change happened throughout history. and from the look on the video, the area of the mekong that dried up is usually a flooded adrea and shallow areas of the river because the deeper part of the river will never dried up. during the rainy season, the water will replenish the river again. remember that recent found study to show that angkor khmer civilization decline was partly blamed by the weather phenomenon, well, we are seeing it again, another climate change; so, we cannot rule it out. and to blame just china for dams or what have you is not fair. you have to look at all the potential causes e.g. the depth of the river, the dry weather, the lack of rain, the flooding zones, etc, etc..., and the diverting of the water way for irrigation in thailand, etc... so one cannot just blame china for this natural phenomenon, really! otherwise, we are not solve or help to find solution to this international issue.
what about global warming? the ice caps are melting and soon the world's ocean is risen. mr. al gore did write a book about it. i think it's the climate change, not china, you know.
