កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី បច្ចុប្បន្នធ្វើការជាមន្ត្រីក្នុងអង្គការមូលនិធិការពារកេរដំណែលពិភពលោក ហៅជាភាសាអង់គ្លេសថា Global Heritage Fund បានថ្លែងប្រាប់វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី ថា បើទោះបីជានាងកើតនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ទទួលវប្បធម៌នៃបស្ចិមប្រទេសក៏ដោយ តែនាងស្រឡាញ់ចូលចិត្តវប្បធម៌ ប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ និងមានមោទនភាពជាកូនខ្មែរ។
មានអាយុ ២៣ឆ្នាំ រូបរាងខ្ពស់ស្រឡះ កម្ពស់ ១,៦៨ម៉ែត្រ សម្បុរសស្អាត ទឹកមុខស្រស់ញញឹម ច្រមុះស្រួច និងមានថ្ពាល់ខួច កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី គឺជាយុវតីខ្មែរអាមេរិកាំងមួយរូប កើត និងធំពេញវ័យនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្នរស់នៅក្នុងទីក្រុង San Jose រដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា។
កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា បានថ្លែងប្រាប់វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី ថា កាលពីនាងនៅតូច ពេលទៅហាត់រៀនរាំរបាំខ្មែរ គេគ្រប់ៗគ្នា មិនថាក្រុមគ្រួសារនាង ឬមិត្តភក្តិទេ តែងតែចំអន់សើចលេងថា នាងមិនមែនជាកូនខ្មែរ។
កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី បានឲ្យដឹងដូច្នេះ ៖ «នៅពីក្មេង បងជីដូនមួយខ្ញុំ ពេលខ្ញុំរាំរបាំ គេហៅខ្ញុំកូនកាត់ ខ្ញុំឈឺចិត្ត ខ្ញុំចង់ឲ្យទាំងអស់គ្នាដឹងថា ខ្ញុំជាកូនខ្មែរ មានឪពុកម្ដាយខ្មែរ ប៉ុន្តែទាំងអស់គ្នាហៅកូនកាត់រហូត ព្រោះមានច្រមុះស្រួច។ ខ្ញុំគិតថា ខ្ញុំកាត់តាមប៉ានិងម៉ាក់»។
កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី មានបងប្អូនពីរនាក់។ នាងជាកូនច្បង ហើយប្អូនប្រុសមានអាយុ ២១ឆ្នាំ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ម អេនឌ្រូវ ធីវុឌ្ឍ។ ម្ដាយរបស់នាងឈ្មោះ ប៊ុត ធីតា អាយុ ៥០ឆ្នាំ ធ្វើការជាអ្នកបង្កើតកម្មវិធី Software សម្រាប់ម៉ាស៊ីនកុំព្យូទ័រ ហើយឪពុកឈ្មោះ ម៉ម វិទូ អាយុ ៥២ឆ្នាំ ជាអ្នកត្រួតពិនិត្យម៉ាស៊ីនយន្តហោះអាកាសចរណ៍ United Airlines។
កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា បានបញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកនរវិទ្យា ឬមុខវិជ្ជាទាក់ទងនឹងការវិវត្តន៍នៃមនុស្ស នៅសកលវិទ្យាល័យ Berkeley ក្នុងរដ្ឋកាលីហ្វ័រញ៉ា។ កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា ចេះនិយាយភាសា ៣ យ៉ាងស្ទាត់ជំនាញ ក្នុងនោះមានភាសាអង់គ្លេស បារាំង និងខ្មែរ។ នាងថ្លែងបន្តថា កាលនាងស្ថិតក្នុងកុមារភាព ម្ដាយចង់ឲ្យនាងចេះភាសាអង់គ្លេស ម្ល៉ោះហើយមិនបាននិយាយ ឬបង្រៀនខ្មែរដល់នាងទេ ប៉ុន្តែដល់នាងធំឡើង ក្រោយពីនាងបានទៅលេងស្រុកខ្មែរមក ក៏បានចាប់ចិត្តស្រឡាញ់ ចង់ដឹង ចង់ចេះអំពីទំនៀមទម្លាប់ វប្បធម៌ និងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ។
កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី ឲ្យដឹងថា ៖ «នៅសកលវិទ្យាល័យ Berkeley ខ្ញុំរៀន ៤ឆ្នាំ។ ខ្ញុំរៀនអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ខ្ញុំរៀនអក្សរខ្មែរ ហើយខ្ញុំរៀនបារាំងដែរ ពីព្រោះខ្ញុំត្រូវការអាន និងស្រាវជ្រាវ ហើយសំណុំឯកសារទាំងនោះជាភាសាបារាំង។ ខ្ញុំចង់ចេះភាសាខ្មែរឲ្យបានជ្រៅជ្រះ ស្ទាត់ជំនាញ»។
បច្ចុប្បន្ន កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី ធ្វើការជាមន្ត្រីសម្របសម្រួលកម្មវិធីអភិរក្សប្រាសាទបុរាណខ្មែរនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា របស់អង្គការមូលនិធិការពារកេរដំណែលពិភពលោក ហៅជាភាសាអង់គ្លេសថា Global Heritage Fund។
កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា ថ្លែងបន្តថា ចាប់តាំងពីនាងទៅលេងស្រុកខ្មែរដំបូង កាលពីមានអាយុ ១២ឆ្នាំមក នាងចាប់ចិត្តស្រឡាញ់ ហើយកោតសរសើរអារ្យធម៌ និងវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ។ នាងថា ចង់ជួយអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឲ្យមានការរីកចម្រើនដូចជានៅអារ្យប្រទេសផ្សេងៗទៀត ជាពិសេសគឺចង់លើកស្ទួយជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រនៅជនបទ តាមរយៈការទាញយកផលប្រយោជន៍ពីតំបន់ទេសចរណ៍នៅក្នុងភូមិស្រុករបស់គេ។
កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ៖ «យើងជួយកម្មវិធីនៅបន្ទាយឆ្មារ។ យើងបង្រៀនគេឲ្យការពារថែរក្សា ហើយយើងចង់ឲ្យលុយចូលទៅស្រុកខ្មែរ ព្រោះរបស់នោះជាខ្មែរ។ អង្គការខ្ញុំឃើញភ្លេងខ្ញុំល្បីដែរ ម្ល៉ោះហើយយើងចង់រៀបចំធ្វើដើម្បីរកកម្រៃជួយនៅទីនោះ»។
បន្ថែមពីនេះ កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា ចង់ទៅសម្ដែងសិល្បៈផងដែរ ជាមួយក្រុមតន្ត្រីករខ្មែរ នៅស្តាតអូឡាំពិក ដើម្បីរៃអង្គាសប្រាក់យកទៅជួយអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៅតាមជនបទ ៖ «ខ្ញុំចង់តែងភ្លេងឲ្យកូនខ្មែរ ចង់ឲ្យកូនខ្មែរនៅរស់ គិតពីអនាគតរបស់ខ្លួន។ ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថា ទៅថ្ងៃអនាគតយើងប្រើសិល្បៈឲ្យបាននិយាយជាមួយគ្នា។ ប្រសិនបើយើងយល់គ្នា ហើយប្រើសិល្បៈដើម្បីជួយស្រុកខ្មែរ ហើយចង់ឲ្យកូនខ្មែរទាំងអស់គ្នាយល់ដឹងថា យើងត្រូវតែជួយសង្គមខ្មែរ យើងត្រូវមានមោទនភាព បើទាំងអស់គ្នាធ្វើអ៊ីចឹង ស្រុកខ្មែរជឿនលឿនមែនទែន»។
ក្រៅពីធ្វើការ កញ្ញា ឡូរ៉ា ចូលចិត្តតែងទំនុកភ្លេងបទចម្រៀង ច្រៀងចម្រៀងខ្មែរ និងអង់គ្លេស ហើយចេះលេងហ្គីតា បានល្អថែមទៀតផង។ រហូតមកដល់ពេលនេះ កញ្ញាតែងបានបទចម្រៀងខ្មែរ និងអង់គ្លេសបានជាង ៤០បទហើយ ក្នុងនោះ យកបទខ្មែរចាស់ៗពីជំនាន់ឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ មកច្រៀងឡើងវិញ ដូចជាបទ ស្វារាំម៉ុងឃីស ឆ្នាំអូន១៦ ជាដើម។
កញ្ញា ម៉ម ឡូរ៉ា ទេវរី បានឲ្យដឹងថា នាងជាមនុស្សមានមនោសញ្ចេតនា មានចិត្តអាណិតអាសូរដល់អ្នកក្រីក្រ និងចូលចិត្តចង់ជួយយកអាសាគេ។ នាងថា ពេលទៅរស់នៅ៧ថ្ងៃនៅក្នុងភូមិដូនដី ក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ចាម តាមកម្មវិធីសាលាបញ្ជូនទៅ នាងបានរស់នៅជាមួយគ្រួសារមួយនៅក្នុងភូមិនោះ ហើយមានអារម្មណ៍សប្បាយរីករាយ ព្រមទាំងញ៉ាំអាហារឆ្ងាញ់ៗទៀតផង។
