1- Impound of Mrs. Mu Sochua’s salary for an amount of 4,204,899 riels per month until the total amount of 8 million riels has been collected. The amount impounded will be handed to Ky Tech, Hun Xen’s lawyer.
2- The individual Mu Sochua must not prevent, make arrangement or stop the official in charge of disbursing salaries at the department of the finance of the National Assembly from his/her right to impound the amount owed.

ReplyDeleteMrs. Mu, Sochua, though a victim of the injustice committed by the government and the so-called independent courts and power abuse of the government, will never find enough support from the people of Cambodia to fight the government of PM Hun Sen.
That is just the way the people of Cambodia are!
Toppling of an abusive government by the people will never happen in Cambodia, not in the near future.
Hun Sen and his regime know how to play the Cambodian people and the international community very well.
With Vietnam, China and King Father Sihanouk on his side, PM Hun Sen using some restraints on his dealing with the opposition will continue to rule Cambodia with no impunity!
Don't count on America or the west to help change Cambodia. A change in Cambodia only happens when enough people want it and have the courage to demand and fight for it!
