It is better late than never. But I wish this was done 10-15 years ago when Cambodian forests covered most of the country with many many ancient trees. I imagine what have Cambodia tourism been if those ancient trees were still there??? I miss not to get to see those trees.... It is sad and regretful. These trees took hundred of years to grow...but got destroyed over stupidity, greed and lack of visions.
I think those tree could have put Cambodia on the world map for eco tourism and a lot of different other reasons and never mind about land grabbing and people getting evicted. What do you think?
