The shooting of water hose to the crowded people caused electric shock to the victims. The dullness of action like this was able to massacre of sufferers. The one who organized this event must responsible for the deaths and injuries victims.

គេធ្វើបានអញក៏ធ្វើបានដួចជាពួកគេដែរ។ទោះ
ជាអ្នកនោះមិនចេះភាសារអង្លេសក៏ដោយក៏
អាចធ្វើបានដែរ។បើមិនជឿទេសូមលោកមេបក្ស
ប្រឆាំងសើបអង្គេតមើលតាមរោងចក្រនៅអាមេរិក
