My Rights, My Responsibility (ICCPR) Series

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

Ratified, acceded by UN General Assembly in December 1966, entry into force March 1976.
Cambodia ratified the ICCPR (thus, a part of Cambodia’s body of laws) and is obligated to submit regular reports to the United Nations.

Part III

Article 27

In those States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities exist, persons belonging to such minorities shall not be denied the right, in community with the other members of their group, to enjoy their own culture, to profess and practice their own religion, or to use their own language.

    Yes,the state of Mango Fruit follow
    this international
    laws every effective.
    If someone looks at
    Khmer neighbor
    Vietnam,Khmer Krom
    have no right to learn their own
    language, practice
    their religion etc...
    Vietnam govt never
    obey the rules of
    international laws.
