Khmer language can be so beautiful when a person really knows how to use it well. I enjoy reading the handwritten invitation note. It is short, to the point, and simply beautifully written. I would have never thought that the content can be so succintly captured in so many words. The poem is sad but it has a beautiful ending as the soldier accepts the fact of life that he can never be with her. Simply amazing. I am a big fan of of the poems written by Mr. Yim Guechse.

ទិសណា តិចឬខ្លាំង ចាំយើងចេញច្បាំង។
