This conference was held in Paris, presided by President Sam Rainsy, the President of Sam Rainsy Party, and many other distinguished speakers such as: Mr. Dy Kareth, Vice-President of Cambodian Border Committee, Dr. Tith Hourn, Thach Nguien, President of Khmer-Kampuchear Krom Europe, Mr. Si phat, President of SRP-France and two other congressmen.

Sam Rainsy should be honest and up front with SRP supporters that without pardon from Hun Sen, there is no way that he can return safe back to Cambodia. So far, he has tried to con his supporters that he will come back to Cambodia soon, but it is nearly two years that Sam Rainsy still lives in overseas and not knowing that when he can come back to Cambodia?

it is good to talk or discuss about it, however, it is more important to implement a coalition unity with other smaller political parties because the political parties are too small in statistical numbers, so in order to be effective, leaders must form some sort of coalition, not necessarily to fight with cambodia, but to challenge and have a voice in the coming national election, etc, you know!
