we can prevent most of the crime spree if the dam rule of stopping public camera surveying . In America if we're poor and working low income class we are living in fear because of gangs and violence . If Amaerica can't even stop gangs that rule the city and town how could America want to stop gang violation abroad like Somalia or Afganistan .
