ReplyDeleteIf you want to know why this ECCC always have problems :
Becasue this is Hanoi ECCC.
And the main duties of this Hnaoi ECCC are :
1. Arrest.
2. Detain.
3. No full and open public hearing
of Case 002.
4. Declaire lives imprisiment of
the four in Case oo2.
5. Justice is done and close ECCC.
But as the victims of this genocide between 1975-1979 we want number 3 which is full and open public hearing of Case 002 but full and open public hearing of Case 022 will never happen under Hun Sen and CPP.
Because some Khmer know that CPP founded by late Ho Chi Minh in 1951 under the name of Kampuchea People's Revolutionary Party led by Achar Mean or also known as Son Ngoc Minh who left Cambodian after Geneva Paris Accord in 1954 to Hanoi and stayed there till 1972 and left Hanoi for Chinese hospital and died in 1972 in Chinese hospital.

ReplyDeletemaybe it is a sham because the international judges keep resigning after they made lots of money from the tribunal! perhaps the resigning judges should repay the court the money for breaking their contract early. i mean, i have respect for judges, but in the case of the judges of the KR tribunal, i got to wonder why most of them always resigned after they earned a lot of money from the tribunal! one got to wonder out loud, and the manager who hired these judges should be exam too for hiring the wrong judges all the time. we want a serious judge, not a sham, you know. please don't do khmer people a disservice by resigning. thank you.
