Yes,it is so true;Khmer Rouge are very dumb in Khmer history. Khmer Rouge used human power,not machine. Khmer Rouge killed 3 million people. how stupid they were! If Khmer Rouge were powerful enough, they would not lose in 1979 to Vietcong.They controlled Cambodia only 3 years 8 months,and 20 days. How stupid brave they were!
