    OF COURSE, EVEN IN USA OR IN EU, WILL ARREST HER AS WELL, PUT HER IN JAIL

    EVEN WORSE PENALTIES, THAN, CAMBODIA.. JUSTICE.

    HOWEVER, SHE WAS DESERVED IN PRISON FOR ALONG TIMES, IN MY opinion..
