Hun Sen mobilised troops and tanks into Phnom Penh after a brutal crackdown on protesting garment workers 2/1/14

Hun Sen has ordered his private army, the Air-borne Brigade 911, into Phnom Penh. It appears that Hun Sen doesn't trust or can't order the regular army or the police to do the job. Watch the video of troop mobilization here.
