Khmer Krom organization claims it had received a mysterious fax from police

In an open letter addressed to the king, the presidents of the National Assembly and the Senate, the prime minister, embassies, and news media, the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Human Rights Organization (KKKHRO) claims it received “from the police, as fax copy of a handwritten document, signed by the chief of the national police from the Ministry of Interior,” in which the latter called on reinforcing the controls against border crossing attempts into Cambodia by Khmer Krom people living in Vietnam.

According to KKHRO, in this document, the “chief of the police” allegedly orders the police commissioner in the Takeo province to “fight against Khmer Krom people who try to enter the Kingdom.” “If it is found that some [Khmer Krom] succeed in entering the [Cambodian] territory, they must be pushed back to the Vietnamese border and prevent them to get back together again. If they insist, these Khmer Krom people must be officially handed over to the Vietnamese authorities,” the alleged order bearing the code number DX2501, would have stated. KKHRO did not provide a copy of the letter and its authenticity still has to be checked. “It is indeed a fax bearing the signature of the chief of the national police, our organization regrets this act which seriously violates Cambodia’s law,” KKHRO added. The organization considers this letter as a discrimination order issued against Khmer Krom people.

Suon Phun, the Takeo province deputy police commissioner, categorically rejects these claims. “I never received such type of order form the chief of the national police” he said.

I think it's much better for Khmer Krom not to escape their own land.
Escaped mean surrender or give up
    than the Vietnamese occupies freely
If I were HS I send back all KKK to
Funan to occupies their Father land. and we help them with food and supplies.

What? Do you know that Cambodia
    contains about two millions Ah
    Khmer-Yuons (KK) trouble-makers?
Not only that we need to tighten
the border, but also ship them
back to Vietnam. I bet they are
    all illegal without any citizenship
    proof.

Eh dumb low IQ 7:35 PM.
Are you Khmer? Then Khmer Krom are Khmers, the indigenous people called the Native of the land like in here we called the Native American Indian. We didn't change the original name from America to British, we keep the way it was. But Yuan changed from KK to Yuan.
Hor Nam Hong spoke to American that Khmer Law (Cambodia Constitution) says all Khmer citizen who left in ceding territory to Yuan and Siam are not refugees in Cambodia.
2 million Khmer Krom is nothing. How about nearly 5 million Yaun are already in Cambodia?
Somebody needs to give you electric shock on the head. Stupid Asian like you causes a lot suffering to the nation. If you are in the US we'll make sure you obey the laws. I doubt you are Khmer but Yuan.
