    Sihanouk was the Architect who designed this Holocaust event....
    2.5 million khmers died with their innnocent acts.
    The result is Cambodia & its People is colonised by Youn-Hanoi.
    We have the King,Sdech Lkoun Bassac who not rules & reigns.
