Some progress made over Preah Vihear

The Thai and Cambodian foreign ministers made some progress yesterday when they met for the third time to settle border disputes near the Preah Vihear temple. However, total agreement is being held up by some minor details.

Still, Foreign Minister Sompong Amornwiwat and his Cambodian counterpart Hor Namhong came to a provisional arrangement over the disputed 11th-century Khmer sanctuary. Sompong said, since the issue was very complex, there were some matters still left to be resolved.

One of the issues is the name for the Hindu temple - Cambodia wants it called Preah Vihear, while Thailand prefers Pra Viharn.

The problem may seem minor, but Thais cannot subscribe to Khmer words because it goes against the Parliament's edict. On the other hand, Cambodia argues that the term Preah Vihear is an international term because all parties, including the International Court of Justice, used it when it was ruled in 1962 that the temple belonged to Cambodia.

The two sides agreed that this issue should be left until the next discussion because the Thai team needed to consult the parliament.

"I would like to express my appreciation for the Cambodian side's understanding of our obligations to the constitution," Sompong said.

The foreign ministers and the Thai-Cambodia Joint Commission on Demarcation for Land Boundary began new rounds of talks after a clash last month killed four soldiers on both sides and injured many others.

The two countries aim to make a provisional arrangement until a proper demarcation is agreed upon and the problem can be settled permanently.

An official source said that most of the issues were settled but declined to elaborate.

Next we change Angkor Wat to Nakhon Wattiya chacha! What is wrong with this image? It is a Cambodian heritage and should go by Cambodian name, Thailand should have no say so in this name! I thought the issue is the area surrounding the temple, now they want to lay claim to the name too!

They do it.. to make people saw that
they work hard to protect Cambodia's border.

But in fact, at the south, they let vietnam
decide where Yuons want the territories.
When yuons take all the lands they want..
Then thai's problems will be solve...

Nobody talk about the demarcations between Yuons
and khmer. Especially, at the south, it's
    more important than the north.
At the North, Thai can't do nothing.
We can easily brought the case to UN.
That's why Hun Sen, make it last longer at the North...
When all demarcations are done at the south...
Thai's problem will be done too!

You see how Thai-scums play their game. Now they want to change the name of the temple. What kind of shitty shit is that? My question is why are we on their agenda?! It seems like we are waiting for Thai-scums to tell us when and how to do shit. It should not be like that. This is the game they are playing with us. When the name changes to Thai they can say it belongs to Thailand. What they are doing is getting nationalist support from their people because the Thai-scum leaders don't want to look soft when dealing with Cambodia since they think we are more inferior to them so they don't want to lose the battle with us and just make shit up to get support from their people. This is a fact!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS STATEMENT MADE BY THE THAI-SCUM REPORTER? THAIS CANNOT SUBSCRIBE TO KHMER WORDS BECAUSE IT GOES AGAINST PARLIAMENT. WHO THE FUCK CARES. YOUR PARLIAMENT DON'T RUN CAMBODIA!! THAILAND NEEDS TO BE BLOWN UP BY THE ATOMIC BOMB AND JUST LAY THE WHOLE COUNTRY FLAT ON IT'S BACK JUST LIKE JAPAN TO TEACH THEM A LESSON. YOU KNOW WHY THEY ARE COCKY WITH CAMBODIA BECAUSE THEY'VE BEEN ALLIES WITH THE U.S.A FOR SO LONG THAT THEY THINK THEIR UNSTOPPABLE AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT WITH US. THAILAND NEEDS TO GROW UP AND STOP ACTING CHILDISH AND TELL THEIR PEOPLE HOW FUCKED UP THEY ARE. I'M SORRY THIS SHIT IS GETTIN' TO ME AND THE STUPIDITY THAT THE REPORTERS AND THE FUCKIN THAI-SCUMS BE SAYING SOMETIMES JUST MAKES ME WANT TO GO THERE AND SHOOT THEM MOTHERFUCKERS AND TEACH THEM A LESSSON.

That is what your government doing to Cambodia... We will never be a friendly neighbor... I can tell you that... Even the name of Cambodian temple they wanted to use the Thai word. It won't happen Ah Siem!!!

    Commemoration....

During the first years of experimenting with neutrality, the fact should be admitted that Cambodia was having numerous and quite serious difficulties with its immediate neighbors, Siam to the west and Yuon to the east.
These difficulties stemmed from border disputes that we described as “annexationist in design” on the part of our neighbors. Of these many disputes, the affair of Preah Vihear was the best known because the drawn-out legal battle for it was terminated only by a formal decision of the International Court of Justice at
    The Hugue.

Preah Vihear is an ancient Khmer Temple located on the Cambodian-Thai border for a number of years, there was a dispute between the two governments as whether the Temple was, in fact, in Cambodia or Siam "Syam". Submitted to the International Court of Justice, the Court rules in favor of Cambodia in early 1962.
    Dean Acheson represented Cambodia.

Yuon and Syam always change course and take another direction which was WAR preceding the entry of Cambodia into the Indochina conflict called
"The Indochina War II and III".

Will The Indochina War IV happen in the region once again?

    All ya listen to this:

-khmers must do all necessary and possible one can do to fight for the survival of the country. Youns immigrants throughout Cambodia must be expelled from the country. Immigration Law must be implemented! Or this is a lawless country-or with the so government serving as puppet for Youn government. And Corruption Law must be enacted and properly practiced!

And absolutely the idea "the rule of law and everyone under the roof of law" must be applied to all individual. Otherwise your country will knee down and be swallowed by Youn government too soon as "the number of illegal youns have flooded rampantly and with the protection of the khmer government serving Youns'interest".

Spread the word and it's the simplest thing that you can do for your country, at least.
