I am not a politician or Mr. Hun Sen neither CPP supporter, but we have to be fair to Mr. Hun Sen. Of course Mr. Hun Sen's work are not 100 % perfect, but he still deserved honorary PhD. You think, it is free, then you may buy one for your own decoration.
