    UNDER AGE CHILD SEX
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed under age child sex.
Svay Sitha is a senior government official from Cambodian People's Party.
Svay Sitha had a sexual relationship with Tat Marina, she was only 16 years old.

    ACID ATTACK ON TAT MARINA
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed acid attack.
"On December 5, 1999, Tat Marina, age 16, was severely disfigured in an acid attack in Phnom Penh. The attack was allegedly committed by Khun Sophal, the wife of a senior government official, Svay Sitha, because she was angry her husband had a sexual relationship with Tat Marina. Neither Khun Sophal nor those suspected of being her accomplices in the attack were brought to justice. Intense media publicity compelled the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to issue an arrest warrant for Khun Sophal for attempted murder, but the police claimed that they could not locate her, although journalists reported that she was living at home as usual."

TORTURE AND MURDER ON PRAK SITHA WHILE IN CUSTODY BY MISNISTRY OF INTERIOR OFFICIAL
Cambodian People's Party Hun Sen Khmer Rouge Regime had committed torture and murder.
"On the night of January 16, 2003, a street youth named Prak Sitha was beaten to death at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) headquarters after he was arrested and detained by off-duty MOI officers on suspicion of theft. His body - bearing numerous injuries to the head, torso, arms, and legs - was dumped at a Phnom Penh pagoda the following morning by ministry officers, in violation of police regulations regarding deaths in custody. No criminal charges were filed in connection with this death. In December 2004, the case was cited by the UN secretary-general's special representative for human rights in Cambodia - who stated that Prak Sitha died at the ministry "following beatings by a known police officer" - as an example of a "consistent and continuing pattern of impunity" in Cambodia."

"On September 4, 2008, Mean Sokchea, a RCAF major working in Brigade 70, shot dead 21-year-old waitress Put Samphors at a restaurant in Kandal province. Mean Sokchea, in a drunken stupor, fired his gun and apparently mistakenly hit Put Samphors in the stomach. She was taken to a hospital but later died of her wounds. Mean Sokchea was detained by the police overnight but was then released, allegedly after intervention by Hing Bun Heang. Put Samphor's family received US$2,700 from Mean Sokchea, and the police told them that their daughter was shot while authorities were chasing robbers."

Can any of Hun Sen's dogs urge Hun Sen to speak about the value of education when he attends a garduation or any ceremony such as school opening ceremony?

  9. Anonymous2:34 AM

...or he can't because he's not an educated man? I think he can't. All what he can bark at microphone is the subject about oppressing or sending his henchmen to kill his opponents.

Samdech Hun Xen deserves his PhD's from Koren Unversisty because he knew how to spell " DEFEAT ".

Here is his correct spelling on " DIFID" :

    Divide
    Isolate
    Finish
    Integrate
    Develop

This was exactly his quote in New York City.

lately, the Cambodian government has sent out more students with the prestigeous Fulbright Scholarship to the US more than the last couple of regimes did...many other students go to different countries to continue with higher education with programs other than the Fulbright program...

I am supportive of these activities, and proud of these young ones.

    And,

Don't forget Song Kunthea's Hun Sen secret dog in Tacoma, Washington state, and worked to collect all informations from Khmers in the U.S.A and passing to Hun Khvang and is boss Hanoi.

His name is Hok, ex- bang Thom in Sangker, Battambang.

He came in U.S by a fake marriage by 20,000 dollars hiring a khmer widow in Tacoma. A lot of Yuon spies came to U.S.A by this way or by fake monks in all Wat in the U.S.

    ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah....baaaawahahahahahahaha....

look at that Khmer Rouge peasant in the middle of the photo receiving a WORTHLESS "honorary" PhD from a Korean university that had to give out "honorary PhDs" to meet a certain quota so that it could retain certain fundings from the South Korean government.

Hun Sen takes anything. If the prime minister of Vietnam wiped his ass with toilet paper, called it a PhD and gave it to Hun Sen....Hun Sen would take it.

now they pick on korea, too? what if mr. hun sen receive a degree from the USA, i wonder will they also pick on the USA. i told you, nothing anybody does can please them all! they are just extremist group like any country on the planet, there is one of these kind of people everywhere!

"honorary" PhD that Hun Sen has been getting may even be better than some of the other PhD's that may people get from universities here in the US providing that some of them did not even have 1/100th of the real, practical management, political science, and leadership that Hun Sen has in term of skills and experiences. Be fair.

people often forget that some university all over the world are different in terms of granting their degree. some only require life long experience and life practical experience, while others like in the USA require too much rigorous study which i think is only good for passing the exam, but not really good for life experience or practical experience that comes with tenure, seniority, real-world, practical experience. so, nothing is wrong with the korea university that granted degree with this kind of reqirement. hello, that's why there are many different nations all over the world because every nation is different. get used to it. because not every speak english fluently, you know, so, life, practical skills or experience comes to play in to this kind of cases. and it doesn't make those of us who got a degree from the USA university any smarter than those who got it from a univerity in korea, japan, cambodia, thailand, EU, etc... you have to take second language into consideration, too, you know because mr. hun sen is khmer, so naturally khmer is his native tongue, not english, chinese, or whatever! see, my point. so, shut up already, don't be jealous, don't hate, don't be so evil. get used to it. welcome to the real world, you know!

ps: i bet some people can't even speak fluent khmer either, either if they studied at khmer university, but that is understandable. so, stop making fun of other people just because they are not native english speak, etc... by they way, learn khmer, too for a change, khmer is not that hard like one think it is by looking at the writing. in fact khmer language is one of the most beautiful and easy language to learn, really. try it, you're be proud of your achievement. it's good to be khmer bilingual, you know. god bless cambodia.

    8:28 AM,
Nobody is jealous, my friend. I am not evil, but when it comes to my feelings within the consideration of this bastard named Hun Sen, YES I WILL BE HATING ON HIM.

Cambodians like the ignorant Khmer Rouge peasant Hun Sen and the self-centered senile prick known as Sihanouk only think about themselves and will fuck up a whole country single-handedly.

You tell us to get ourselves welcomed into the real world but you haven't got a clue about anything concerning the current state of Cambodia and this undercurrent of a tragic course that Cambodia is headed towards. It's amazing how a great portion of Cambodians clearly are too ignorant to realize how Cambodia is doing so wrong on so many levels. Appearances are only disguises for real intent.

And if any of you out there still praise Hun Sen. Well, I don't know what to say except WE ARE ALL FUCKED.^^
