Southeast Asia's dictators from L to R: Bouasone Bouphavanh, Thein Sein, Nguyen Duc Manh and Hun XenPHNOM PENH, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Lao Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh arrived here on Wednesday to pay a two-day official visit at the invitation of his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen.
During his visit, Bouasone will be received in Royal Audience by King Norodom Sihamoni and hold talks with Prime Minister Hun Sen. And an agreement on border issues is planned to be signed by the leaders of the two countries.
Besides, the Lao prime minister will also pay courtesy calls on Cambodian Senate President Chea Sim and National Assembly President Heng Samrin.

ReplyDeleteLaos PM speaks Viet fluently and his wife is Vietnamese with a Laos name. I am not sure Bouphavanh is real Laos. I think he is also Vietnamese.
