in my opinion, Mr. Heng Somren does not trust Mr. Manh one bit. the picture posted in this article merely shows a fake friendship between cambodia and vietnam. Like any of his cpp clowns, Mr. Heng Somren is another "yes-sir" man who is powerless and incompetent as a stateman. He has never run a city, corporation, or institution. Not only he is unqualified by any measure for the job, he's also passive in many ways when it comes to national matters. He never stands up for anything in his life, not to mention for cambodia.
Im not belittling this man but the truth speaks for itself.
