Sihamoni's decree to remove Thaksin ... does not bear his royal signature nor his royal seal? Did anybody lose the royal rubber stamp?

    We also saw no any Xihamoni's signature and stamp when appointing Thaksin to be e-co adviser to X-mer PM, and now it's same. So, what's happened?
    ha ha!!
    May be the reason is the royal rubber stamp is lost, and/or Xihamoni's hand is too ill not able to hold a pen?
