I mentioned uneducated, uncouthed and unruly cambodian diplomats. I didn't know there are also hypocrite and sarcastic ones also. none of countries in the world need a dictatorship leader.Many countries fight for democracy,but some countries failed being a true democratic country such as Cambodia.Khmer people fought for so long to get pure democracy.Cambodia needs real democracy now,not tomorrow.
