It good to see our soldier dress in proper uniforms! not in mismatch uniforms and wearing sandle/slipper..with rusty AK-47? Its about time that our corrupted leaders starting to pay more attention and look around our neighbors country has accomplished..! Cambodia could learn from our neighbors also! I hope the new corruption law will clean up corrupted OFFICIALS from stealing Ghost money from Ghost workers!!!!!!!!
